Home charging
Charge your new Ford Electric Vehicle at home, it simple and easy. Just plug your Ford Mobile Power Cord into any 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet, the same one you use for your clothes dryer. You can also utilize a standard 120V household outlet and offer a charging rate of approximately 2-5 miles of range per hour. These chargers are suitable for plug-in hybrid vehicles like the Plug-in Hybrid Escape, but not ideal for fully electric vehicles.

FAQs
First, download the FordPass® App* from the App Store® or Google Play™. Then:
Open FordPass on your mobile device
Log in with your Ford account or create an account if you don’t have one
Scan or manually type your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) into FordPass
Name your vehicle
Select Activate Your Vehicle
Once you finish the setup process in FordPass, go to your vehicle, start it (make sure you’re parked in a safe location) and:
Check for a pop-up on your vehicle’s center console display
Select Yes to complete modem** activation
